Congratulations on your move! I wanted to write to tell you how much you and your expertise will be missed down here in the Sunshine state!
I appreciated that you under promised and over delivered! You actually came in two weeks early with the money that I had invested with you - with the exact amount specified in the contract. No one else has even come close. I have money invested with three people who have been in the business 20 - 30 years, and they are WAY overdue. I'll be lucky to see any of that money come back.
Thank you for your honesty and hard work, I know one of the mobile homes really gave you a hard time, but you persevered!!

Thank you for your extremely fast work for the short sale you negotiated for me. When I had initially met with you and told you that short sales have been taking me 3-6 months to get approved, you told me it only takes you 1 to 2 months normally to get yours approved .....I did not believe you. Well I am glad to say you proved me wrong. I looked at the date that I emailed you the package and the date that we received the short sale acceptance letter...it was 31 days, WOW! That's gotta be some kind of record. I have personally negotiated 25-30 short sales myself and used 2 different negotiating companies and have not seen those results that quickly. You negotiated the short sale from a payoff of around 185k down to 94k net to the lender and I immediately flipped the house to a cash buyer for 120k. When all was said and done the net profit was 19k. I will definitely be sending more short sales to you in the future. Thanks for all your help!!

Thank you for your help with my short sale! When I signed papers, with my realtor, Nathan Jurewicz, on the 1st of May, he said the process might take 4 months. Yet, here it is, 56 days later and I am at the closing table signing papers to sell my home. The outstanding debt of my EMC loan at this time was over $212,000. The bank accepted my buyers' net offer of $131,096.34 just six weeks from the date you started on this file.
There were 3 pre-foreclosures on my street. Yet, Nathan found a buyer for me. He was great -- he kept his promise and we completed the short sale!
Ms. Shear, none of this would be possible without your perseverance and knowledge. Your ability to work with the lenders helped me avoid a foreclosure. My thanks to you for all you had to do. At first, I attempted to do this short sale myself. I was not successful to reach the right person and they kept me on hold forever. Whenever I faxed over a document to them, they could never find it!
When you got involved things moved so fast! The BPO was ordered within 3 weeks from the day you received the file. The rest they say is history. Nathan Jurewicz told me you called the lender almost daily and faxed and re faxed documents as needed. I was so happy you were there to handle those activities. I would not have been able to keep up with that and work my day job.
