Our experienced team is comprised of negotiators with Sandi Shear as our negotiation team leader. We take a team approach to your short sale needs. Collectively we boast over 30 years of experience. Our skills include, but are not limited to mortgage brokers, investors, landlords, Realtors (no longer active), mobile home investors and short sales specialists.
We have stopped hundreds of foreclosures using short sale techniques. For the last few years, we have worked almost exclusively with Realtors and Investors. We have negotiated the short sales for them. In the 1980's, while in Houston, Texas we helped people avoid foreclosure by completing loan modifications and short sale programs. Now, we feel comfortable to assist you with your short sale in any state in the USA.
